This Sparkling Brut marks a departure from our previous vintages of Brut; she has smaller bubbles and a more refined flavor profile. She is grown up and elegant and I’m so proud of her. My parents planted these vines the year I was born, and the fruit coming from these vines is 38 years old and special.
